What is the cost of shipping?
All orders over 60 euros are shipped free of charge. For orders below that, we charge a shipping rate of 6.95 euros. All our packages are shipped via DHL. Ordered before 10 p.m. is delivered next (business) day.
What if I did not receive my order?
If you are not at home when your package is delivered, we will try to deliver it to your neighbors or to a collection point nearby. You will then receive a 'non-home code', which allows you to see on the track & trace page where you can pick up your package. Please note that your package will remain at the pickup point for one week, then they will send it back to us.
Where is my package?
With each order you will receive a track & trace code. You will receive this code via e-mail as soon as the delivery service has received your package. You can use this number to track your package.
When will my order be shipped?
If you order on a business day between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., DHL will do its best to deliver your order the next business day.
What happens if my order is delayed?
During holidays or other busy periods, your package may take a little longer to arrive. We work with our delivery partner to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but we can't always guarantee next-day delivery during these peak periods. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you can change the shipping address only before you have received a shipping confirmation. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make changes.
