Why doesn't my coupon code work during checkout?
Discount codes are not valid in combination with discounts already given on bundled products
Where is my invoice?
Your invoice will be emailed to you after your order is placed. If you have not received your invoice, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.
What different forms of payment do you accept?
We accept several forms of payment. This includes credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, iDEAL (popular in the Netherlands), Bancontact (popular in Belgium), and bank transfers. We also accept Klarna, which allows you to buy now and pay later.
