Return without a reason, up to 30 days after receiving your order.

How returning works
- Email info@groomzo.com with your order number and what you would like to return.
- You will receive our return instructions — we arrange and pay for the return.
- Send the product back complete: with all accessories and parts, in the original packaging if possible.
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we refund the purchase amount within 3–5 business days.
Condition of returned products
You may inspect and try out a product as is reasonably needed to assess it. If a product has been used beyond that, we may — in consultation with you — deduct the diminished value.
Cancelling an order
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to cancel it. If the order is already on its way, you can use the return process.
Defect or problem with a product
Is your product defective or not working properly? Contact us with your order number and, where relevant, photos. Together we will look at a fitting solution, such as repair or replacement. Our products also come with a 12-month commercial warranty, in addition to your statutory rights.
Our return and warranty policy is supplementary and never limits your statutory rights.
