Definitions

1. Groomzo: Bethlehem e-commerce B.V., established in Leeuwarden under KvK no. 86877690.
2. Customer: the person with whom Groomzo has entered into a contract.
3. Parties: Groomzo and client together.
4. Consumer: a customer who is also an individual acting as a private person.

Please read this Agreement carefully and keep it handy before ordering to set up your automatic recurring payment.

Frequency of payments

An automatic recurring payment in the range you write, electronically, will be made each month (“Monthly Payment”) for the initial term of 1 month.
After all automatic recurring payments, you will receive an email confirming the payment.

Automatic recurring payment error

If your automatic recurring payment is declined, you will be contacted by phone or email.
We may permanently restrict your ability to use a particular payment method if that payment method fails multiple times.
REMEMBER: If your automatic recurring payment fails, you must replenish your account with another payment method.
In the event that a payment is not made and you do not make a payment by the end of your billing cycle, your service may be suspended or canceled.

Cancellation of automatic recurring payment

You have the right to withdraw your consent to this automatic recurring payment at any time.
To cancel your automatic recurring payment, contact Bethlehem e-commerce B.V. It may take up to 24 hours for your request to cancel your automatic recurring payment to take effect.

You can also cancel your subscription yourself in your account:

Log in, go to my subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel and click cancel on cancel on cancel.

Restore automatic recurring payment

If you wish to reset your automatic periodic payment, please contact Bethlehem e-commerce B.V.

Change automatic recurring payment

If you would like to change your automatic recurring payment, such as switching from one credit or debit card originally selected to another credit card please contact us.
Your previously approved automatic recurring payment will be terminated within 24 hours.

To access this Agreement in the future through the Bethlehem e-commerce B.V. website, go to the footer navigation on the home page and click on “Legal”.
If you are viewing this Agreement on the Bethlehem e-commerce B.V. website, print a copy of this Agreement for future use.
Contact Groomzo to confirm which credit or debit card you have authorized.

Electronic authorization

This Agreement is non-transferable and must be approved by the person authorized on the Groomzo account by contacting Groomzo and following the authorization process.

Agree to these terms

By providing my credit or debit card or bank account information (“Payment Method”), I AGREE that I have read and understand this Automatic Recurring Payment Agreement.
In addition, I authorize Groomzo to charge the full amount required for my rate plan (once per month or more frequently as described) through the specified Payment Method; and I authorize the financial institution for the Payment Method, specified above to charge or debit my account and transfer payment for my subscription to Groomzo.
This authorization will remain in effect until I provide notice, as required under this Agreement, to terminate this authorization.
