Shipping
All Groomzo products are shipped securely from the Netherlands using a tracked shipping method. We provide free shipping on orders over €80-€120, depending on your region. No promo code is needed; free shipping is automatically applied at checkout, and it also covers any applicable duties.
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or adjusted. We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days, after which you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please note that delivery times are estimated based on the following shipping schedule:
- Netherlands & Belgium: Next day delivery for orders placed before 22.00 (free shipping over €80)
- Germany: 1-2 working days (free shipping over €120)
- Rest of Europe & Worldwide: 4-8 working days (free shipping over €120)
For orders that don’t qualify for free shipping, the following costs apply:
- Netherlands & Belgium: €5,74 excluding VAT
- Rest of Europe & Worldwide: €8,00 excluding VAT
We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
In case your package arrives damaged during shipment, please reach out to us at info@groomzo.com within 5 business days, including photos of the damage, so we can assist you.
