Returning
Customers have 30 days from the date they receive their package to return it, no reason needed. Please ensure the return shipment is sent within this 30-day period.
Return conditions:
Items must be returned in new condition, with all original packaging intact and free of any pet hair. Any product that shows signs of use or pet hair cannot be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return processing time:
Returns are processed within 10 business days after being received at our warehouse. You will be notified once the refund is processed, but please allow up to 3 days for the funds to appear in your account.
