What if I did not receive my order?

If you are not at home when your package is delivered, we will try to deliver it to your neighbors or to a collection point nearby.
You will then receive a ‘non-home code’, which allows you to see on the track & trace page where you can pick up your package.
Please note that your package will remain at the pickup point for one week, then they will send it back to us.
