The cost of trimming a Pomeranian can vary due to a variety of factors, but because Pomeranians are not allowed a full haircut, the cost depends primarily on how much brushing and combing is needed to “open up” the coat.
This means that all the dead undercoat has been brushed out and the entire coat is easily combable.
The only trimming required for this breed includes hygienic trimming, touching up the soles of the feet, tidying the paws and sometimes a conservative trim of the silhouette.
Note that a Pomeranian’s coat should never be shaved or cut too short, as this can damage the delicate coat.
Keep your Pomeranian’s pads and hygienic areas neat and clean with our grooming kit! As a bonus, we add a handy comb to all of our sets!
